Self-Catering Rates

Our apartment is available for rent on a flexible basis, all year around. All bookings are naturally subject to availability and bookings are not deemed confirmed until a booking deposit has been received and confirmed by us. Although we generally prefer to rent out on weekly basis, we are flexible and will consider any particular requirements that you may have.

Our rates are noted below but, please note, that these are subject to change without prior notice. Any change in rates will be advised and confirmed when you place a booking or make an enquiry with us.

Please note that the rates quoted above are exclusive of the following:

  • Laundry and Cleaning Charge    €100.00
  • Security Deposit                         €200.00 (refundable on departure)

Please note that a deposit of 25% of the booking cost is due at the time of reservation in order to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.

The balance of the booking cost, together with  the security deposit is payable in full on arrival.
